Guests can download the free app but to access the group they need to be invited by a you with a unique group code. The App is completely free to all your guests. They just need to visit the App Store and download Grouped. Then once you send them an invite code to the group, they will begin to enjoy the fun.

Our STANDARD memberships come with the ability to create and manage up to 4 active groups giving you full access to all the exciting features.

Our most popular package is our PREMIUM membership with the same benefits as our Standard but with 8 active groups.

Our BUSINESS membership with 12 active groups pulls together our Standard and Premium but at a discounted price.

First off, we love that for you!! Based on your book of business you know you will need more than the 12 groups offered in our BUSINESS membership. Not to worry, just contact us directly and we can make sure you have the perfect Grouped experience.

Once a group has completed their travel adventure, you have the option to close the group. This opens space for you to welcome new groups and continue spreading the joy of travel. But don't worry, we've got your clients covered! Before closing the group, our thoughtful notification system kicks in. Your clients will receive a friendly heads-up, ensuring they have ample time to download and save any cherished pictures they want to keep for themselves. We believe in preserving those precious memories and making sure your clients have everything they need to cherish their travel moments.

The travel itinerary is like a blank canvas, allowing you to create a personalized masterpiece for your group. You have complete control over how the information is laid out, whether it's a detailed day-by-day plan or a more general overview of travel essentials (like flight details and hotel descriptions). It's all about making the itinerary work best for you and your group's unique style. We understand that every group is different, and that's why we empower you to enter the information in whatever way works best for you. After all, who knows your group better than you?

The number of groups included in your membership are available to you as long as your membership is active. You will have the number of groups available based on the membership you've signed up for. Once the groups spaces are all filled, if you need to add another group, you can either delete an existing group, or change your package to an option with additional group spaces.
